Employee Login Instructions

As we have been discussing for the last few months, Acline HR has been transitioning to a new software platform, the Acline HR Cloud. Most of our client are currently using the new platform and we wanted to make sure that you are aware of, and using all the new tools available to our clients and employees.

One of the most exciting tools is the new Employee Portal where employees can view and print paystubs and W-2’s, change tax withholding, as well as change their banking information. Below are the instruction for the employees to login to their personal portal.

Once registered, you may access your paycheck information through the Acline HR Cloud. This is the last week paper direct deposits will be mailed. Employees with direct deposit may access their information on line by following the instructions above. Employees who do not have direct deposit will still receive their paper checks as usual, however, they may also access their information on line by following the above instructions.
